How Network Q Was Born
Network Q was created after founder Neville, a London businessman with a background in data centres, web design, and the events industry, became curious about how TikTok really worked. One day, he logged onto the platform under the name Mr Chitchat, simply to talk to people and understand the community.
Very quickly, Neville realised something important:
there was a huge opportunity to connect people with other people on the platform—not just for entertainment, but for growth, support, and real community building.
Through his own journey, Neville experienced several agencies that lacked structure, professionalism, and real business experience. Many were run by individuals who didn’t understand creators’ needs or how to guide them properly.
Despite this, Neville’s “Mr Chitchat” account grew fast, regularly sitting in the A-League Top 38, gaining popularity each day. But when the account was hacked, everything changed.
Instead of giving up, Neville rebuilt.
He started again—this time with a clear mission.
He opened his own TikTok agency so he could communicate directly with TikTok’s internal staff. This gave him access to real support channels, real answers, and the ability to help creators properly.
That decision became the foundation of Network Q.
Today, Network Q exists to help people develop their accounts, understand the platform, grow safely, and enjoy a supportive community built on kindness, respect, and real experience.
